The Care for Creation Club is a Christ-centered community service club based on the seven Themes of Catholic Social Teaching. Each year our middle school students participate in various outreach projects in both our school and community. Some examples of the activities the Care for Creation Club participates in are assembling hygiene kits for the homeless; making blankets for the ACTS Shelter; filling Christmas stockings for the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program; raking lawns for senior parishioners; planting flowers outside the middle school classrooms; collecting baby items for Mary’s Shelter; and growing tomato plants for clients of Francis House.
